Hi, we’re Khushboo & Asif—a dynamic, passionate, and entrepreneurial couple. With backgrounds in Tech and Fashion, we bring a unique blend of innovation and style to the industry. We’ve always been drawn to elegant, trendy, and comfortable fashion, and now, we are on a mission to redefine modest fashion for women who want both confidence and sophistication in their wardrobe.

 

Our Story

Our journey started in 2022, when we moved to Canada and noticed a significant gap in the market for modest fashion wear. The options available were either too traditional, leaning towards Middle Eastern and South Asian styles, or too Western, lacking modesty. Canada, being a multicultural hub, brings together people from diverse backgrounds, yet there wasn’t a brand that truly balanced modern fashion with modesty.

Time and again, we heard women around us express frustration about not finding modest yet trendy clothing that makes them feel confident, stylish, and empowered. Khushboo herself struggled with this, facing difficulty in finding outfits that were both fashionable and modest. This inspired us to take action, and that’s how Aklectique Apparels was born.
